But Check out Savage Detectives. Roberto Bolano is massive. That may be also an important novel of my life but I'm not done with it yet. Its all about poets in Mexico City DF in the 1970's. All about a group of young adults wanting to be more like Nicanor Para and less like Octavio Paz. Check it
